I honestly can't give you any good sites, but I have tried a few. Every time I would read them, i would always think that they wanted you to do actual data entry, like the same way you would be doing it in an office setting. But it's not even close. Every one of the data entry jobs I've tried on here, as far as working from home is concerned, are total scams, and what they want you to do is find a product to be an affiliate for, and place ads that you have to creat AND pay for on sites like google, yahoo, etc., and hope that people buy that product. You don't make ANY money from creating the ad form, like most of them tell you you do, you ONLY make money if people buy the item. I think they're all stupid, but if you really wanna try anyway, you cna go to www.paydotcom.com and get products to promote for free. You'll still have to pay for the ads, though. Hope this helps! If you're wanting to do data entry work from home, you don't want to look for a website to do it at. Those are pretty much just scams. What you're looking for is a telecommuting job in data entry. To find these, go to job posting sites, such as Hot Jobs and Craigslist, and use telecommuting as a keyword when searching for the type of job you want. Be sure to have experience in data entry, though, because a telecommuting job is just like any other, except it's from home. I don't think you should trust agloco. I heard that they used to pay a lot (I actually saw one guy's video and he said he earned $2000) but they stopped paying. Ever since they stopped paying I heard that they are dead and that they won't pay anymore. [rifat1337]

I would also check out sohojobs.org. I was looking for a couple years for a data entry job. I also spent quite a bit for data entry jobs that I thought were legit. So, my tip of the day is visiting sohojobs.org and check out the companies there that are hiring Data Entry reps to work from their home. You will be applying directly to the company. Alot of the companies pay hourly, and so even offer benefits! It just depends on what kind of work you are looking for. Hello Sahyd, Did you know that working from home data entry has a few categories? There's basic, medical, and paralegal data entry (transcription). I noticed you did not mention the area of data entry you are interested in. Nonetheless, careful searching can produce great legitimate results in all three data entry areas, with NO upfront investment. Pardon me from saying this if it offends you. Most of the so called company that allows you to do data entry work from home are actually scams. I wouldn't say all but most of them will ask you to pay a little money upfront that they let you do the work are abviously tring to cheat your money. If they really want to help you to do a business at home, why would they want your money right ? [meiyi_iceworld]

Usually data entry jobs are scams. Here are free job postings that are updated daily: http://freelanceworkathomejobs.blogspot.com/ Jobs that have data entry in them are in: virtual assistants, customer service, writing jobs, computer jobs, etc. Use your own best judgment when applying. Don't be afraid of asking many questions and don't be afraid of competition. Even if the job listing is old, still apply, you never know. If you don't have much skills, you can say that you are trainable, goal oriented, fast learner and know how to deal with people or you're a people person. [coolchic101]
