I have to admit i don't consider myself as a hard worker.Maybe becuase all my work(if I can call it like that)is here on internet.So what about you?Are you one?And how many hours you work?

Yes, quite so, although now that we are retired, I can relax a bit and work hard at things that I like to do instead working hard for someone else. There is a big difference! [drannhh]

Mylot is hard work to me. It is very hard to make some decent change on here. But, I know what you mean. I am kind of lazy at home, when it comes to doing things around the house for myself. But, I had an employer tell me once, that I aim to please. She was very right. I love to do my job just right. I am a perfectionist, that realizes that I shouldn't be. [Rozie37]

My workaholic attitude and the sentiment runs in my body inspired and aspired by my husband. I am very lucky for this one. My husband always guide me about time management and having quality time. He want me to quit my job when I am forty, now I am for 35 years old with three kids. So I have to work hard merely for gaining management skills experience for the sake of my carrier after 40. My husband has his good plan for it. My office working hours is from 9am to 5pm. Now I am on annual leave, my husband to take care for my kid's school final 2007 exam and will end up day after tomorrow, in Malaysia on October 26, 2007. And my kids will be having a long term school holiday and resume on Jan 2, 2008. About your current activity, just do it Laurika. First and foremost we are happy to and with it. Don't bother about others' says. 'Good Luck' will never know to come and happen, it can happen to anybody within split second. Does not mean that our current life features the future, and I am strong in my life because I came from a poor family and now I am lucky because having a husband that really very industrious minded and cool person. I used to be a pretty hard worker when I had a job, esp. when I had to save so much money to be able to accomplish my dream: travelling abroad. Back then I worked as a translator and I could work VERY hard if I had the motivation to do it (typing for 8-10 hours per day). But all in all, I'm not a workaholic person. I respect my spare time and hobbies and my personal time and I want a balanced life. Esp. now that I have a hubby, I want to spend time with him, too. Plus now I'm unemployed, so that helps me too in not working too hard ha ha ha... [ailema4ever]
I think that I can consider myself as a hard worker as I have to work eight hours long or more a day. I often spend my spare time working as well. But I would still spare quite some time on Mylot as it is my favorite thing to do in my spare time when I get online. [williamjisir]
Hard work doesn't necessarily have to be back breaking labor. It could be hard mentally. When I write, and I spend a lot of time and effort to get it right, I consider that hard work. When I spend a lot of effort painting something, drawing, or any other form of crafting, that is hard work. When I take care of my child, chasing him around, playing with him inbetween cooking, cleaning, laundry, that is hard work. Yes, to answer your question, I am a hard worker. Whether I am doing work that is physically hard or not, I am working most of the day- from the time my son wakes up at 6am to when I put him to bed at 8pm, I am working. [marciaj]
When I am at work I am a very hard worker. I stay busy and try to do all that is expected of me. I usually work 8 hours a day and then I come home and do the housework and homeschool my kids. I am a very active person as far as that goes. When I am alone at home, I like to be sitting down with a good book in my hands if there isn't anything that has to be taken care of. [carolscash]
I consider myself a hard worker. I cannot tell you how many hours I work because it is all computer work, and I also do the dishes, clean the floor, wash the clothes, etc. I work on my novel in the morning after breakfast and am on the computer, unless I have to take a short break, until almost noon. I also do myLot then, and thinking of things to write in four lines or more is hard as I tend to condense things. After I have lunch, I get on myLot or do some ptcs and ptrs, but I do have a nap of half an hour or so. We may go out in the pm, but then if I do not have to do supper, I will work more at the computer. In the evening, I will in the commercial break, work on fixing up my novel and when that is done, work on my fan fiction. This does not include housework. So I am a hard worker. [suspenseful]

Hi Laurika. I mean my work is not that hard, more to web developing and in fact I like them so much. Haha! So guess it is not considered as hard. However, I used to work for that particular work for a long time. I mean I will continue my work until the moment I finish it. Guess what, haha, I was working for my previous work from 12.30PM until now 2.15AM midnight. Haha. [shadowing]
