As most of my friends know I am working from home for a local doctor. He wants me to write a news letter. The topic I have chosen is Sleep I have talked about different parts of sleep, and what not. When I get it done I will post it. My problem is I would like to have a photo of someone sleeping in the news letter. I have looked on the internet and have not been able to find any that are free. Clipart does not have what I am looking for. So I am asking all of my myLotian friends to send me photos of themselves sleeping so I can chose one or two for my news letter. Alas I do not have any money to buy the photo and there is no guarantee the doctor will use the photo. I will submit the photo and we will see. I am trying to get this turned in by Wednesday afternoon. I have it almost written. Please send me photos of sleeping people. I need an adult or two adults sleeping in bed. Thanks for your support.

Try doing a search for "free stock photography" and you'll be able to find a site that has something you can use for free without problems. There should be several sites that you can go through which will have what you're looking for. I hope that helps. [gmakesmoney]

Good luck finding your sleep photo... sorry i couldn't be any help... i take most pictures using my cell phone... and the resolution is not good enough to be used for a newletter... a really good camera with high mega pixels is the best one to use... [aseretdd]

I have a picture of my friend sleeping in class..Her face is covered with a sweat shirt hoodie..doesn't exactly look like a human sleeping. If you don't get anything better, feel free to ask. You can Google images or Yahoo images, even Photobucket and such. I don't have a camera to take pictures, just my cellphone and my laptop with the webcam. Hope you find what you are looking for and good luck!! [irishmist]

I would strongly suggest you look at google images and keep trying. You'll definitely get something good. I am not sure if people would actually share photos of themselves sleeping through mylot. If nothing works out. Get a picture of yourself sleeping. Its easy and quick. Or take a picture of your friend sleeping in the exact position you want them to! [pitstop]

Have you tried to google sleeping, someone sleeping, laying down etc. and then click on images? if so you'll probally get a lot of good pictures there. Then all you have to do is right click and click on save picture as. Save it where ever you like and you would have your picture. [kcbabez14]

If you are on Facebook, there is a group called Siesta that all my friends are a part of. There are tonns of pictures on there of people sleeping and you could find one that you really like and ask that person if it's ok to use their picture in a newsletter. I do have a few pics of myself sleeping however I'm not on the computer where they are stored. Really try the siesta group as there are some very interesting sleeping positions posted there! What an interesting topic, sleep. I like to sleep but sometimes I just want to be awake all the time until I get sleepy. Should I take my own picture while sleeping? That would not make sense at all. Taking pictures of babies would be very nice indeed. Taking a picture of other people sleeping might be creepy. [underdogtoo]

Hello my friend, May I suggest: Go to http://search.creativecommons.org/ then click on the flickr tab. Then there are 2 options on top, choose if applicable: Search for works I can use for commercial purposes. and Search for works I can use for commercial purposes. Then enter e.g. sleeping as a keyword (be creative lol) and see if you can find something suitable. All these photos can be used and will not infringe any copyright. [lordwarwizard]
